Service Terms
These terms apply to AZUSVISA administrative-support services ordered through azusvisa.com. Your selected service scope, price and order confirmation form your agreement together with these terms. Testing a form expressly marked “demo” or “sample” does not create a paid order or confirmed appointment.
1. Service provider
The legal name of the service provider under these terms is AZUSVISA. AZUSVISA is an independent administrative-support brand operating in the United States. Contact: visa@azusvisa.com.
AZUSVISA is not a U.S. government agency, embassy or consulate and claims no official affiliation or special access. Service fees pay for administrative assistance; they do not provide influence over government selection or decisions.
2. Limits of administrative assistance
Services are limited to technical and administrative assistance and general information legally permitted for nonlawyers. Transcribing information you provide and approve and organizing documents are not legal representation. We do not determine legal eligibility, recommend an individual immigration strategy, choose legally significant answers for you or represent you before government authorities. The label “consultation” does not change these limits.
Legal interpretation, complex eligibility questions and legal interview preparation require a separately engaged authorized legal professional. A licensed attorney’s services require a separate written engagement with that professional; their fees are not automatically included in an AZUSVISA package.
3. Services, prices and family coverage
Each DV package price covers one principal applicant and the spouse and children required to be listed on that principal applicant’s same DV entry. Another person’s entry as a principal applicant, including a spouse’s separate principal entry, is a separate service order.
- DV Standard — 49.99 AZN: submission of one DV entry during the official registration period using information you provide and approve, and delivery of its official confirmation number/page. Consultation, DS-260 assistance, document support and post-selection case assistance are not included.
- DV Premium — 99.99 AZN: Standard plus, if you are selected in the DV program, technical transcription of DS-260 information, organization of required documents and general explanations of published official process steps, within permitted administrative limits; also general information about U.S. cities and relocation. Legal answer selection and individual legal strategy are excluded. The 99.99 AZN is a single bundled package price; no part is allocated as a separate advance payment for post-selection support. Post-selection support is provided only if you are selected in the DV program. Covered family members, support duration and specific services are identified in the order before payment. Cancellation and refund rules are explained below.
- General consultation — 199 AZN, 45–60 minutes. It covers administrative processes and general information on the agreed topics. Separate E-2 and EB-5 administrative services require a written scope and fee. Services marked “coming soon” are not open for ordering.
4. Order confirmation and payment
Before payment, you receive the service scope, delivery arrangements, total price, charge currency, applicable taxes and costs payable separately. AZN means Azerbaijani manat. If the charge currency differs, the currency and conversion basis are disclosed before authorization; your bank may charge its own conversion fee. Payment is made through the payment channel identified for the order.
An order is accepted through your express agreement to the displayed terms, successful payment and our written order confirmation. Payment or sending information to us does not establish that an official DV entry has been submitted. No additional service or charge is added without your consent. Payments for DV entry submission are accepted only during the officially announced registration period.
If the law requires separate consent and information before a service starts during a withdrawal period, these are obtained before work begins. Acceptance of general terms does not replace any legally required separate consent.
5. Your information and approval before submission
Provide truthful and complete information, photographs meeting the requirements and documents you are authorized to share. Identify all required family members, disclose an entry already submitted for the same DV period, keep your contact details current and meet agreed deadlines. You must have the permission and authority required to provide another adult’s or a child’s information.
Review the complete prepared entry and expressly approve it before submission. Do not approve blank or inaccurate forms. Only one DV entry as a principal applicant may be submitted for the same person in a registration period. Being listed as a spouse or child on another entry is distinct from a separate principal entry. Do not instruct anyone to submit a duplicate principal entry for the same person, even as an attempted correction.
We may pause work for missing information or suspected misrepresentation and explain the reason, required next steps and any refund due. Your review and approval do not excuse our own transcription or submission errors.
6. Submission, confirmation and official outcomes
Submission depends on the official registration period, current instructions and information provided and approved in time. We do not describe an entry as submitted before official confirmation is received. The entry uses a contact email address you control; the official confirmation number/page is delivered promptly after receipt without an additional release fee. Keep your own copy and follow the published timing for checking results.
Buying a service does not improve lottery selection odds. Neither buying a service nor DV selection guarantees a visa, interview, admission, employment or residence. Independent government authorities control selection and decisions.
If an official system outage, rule change or other material obstacle affects delivery, we inform you and explain available completion, rescheduling or refund options. An agreed service is not silently replaced with another service.
7. Consultation appointments and rescheduling
A 199 AZN consultation lasts 45–60 minutes and takes place by video or voice through WhatsApp, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, as selected and confirmed when ordering. Your proposed date and time are an appointment request; the slot is reserved only after successful payment and written confirmation. The confirmation states the date, time zone, format and joining details.
If you request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time, you may choose a full refund or another available time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows are reviewed individually and fairly: only a reasonable amount for previously disclosed, actually performed and documented work may be retained; the balance is refunded. There is no automatic forfeiture of the entire fee.
If we cancel or cannot provide the appointment, you may choose a full refund or another available time. Report connection problems promptly; considering their cause and the service actually provided, we offer an appropriate solution to continue, reschedule or refund the unperformed portion.
8. DV cancellation, errors and refunds
Email visa@azusvisa.com with your order reference to cancel or report a problem. If we receive your cancellation request before both a correct official DV submission and delivery of the official confirmation number to you have been completed, your purchased package service fee is refunded in full: 49.99 AZN for Standard or 99.99 AZN for Premium. This also applies if the entry has already been submitted but the confirmation number has not yet been delivered to you. No preparation-work deduction is made from the package fee before that point. If we cannot complete both steps, your paid package fee is refunded in full.
Once both correct official submission and delivery of the confirmation number to you have been completed, neither the Standard nor Premium package service fee is refundable solely because you change your mind, are not selected in the DV program or are refused a visa. Premium does not include a separate or automatic partial refund for non-selection or non-use of conditional subsequent support. This rule does not remove our obligation to provide the agreed Premium support if you are selected, limit the mandatory legal rights described below or excuse our own errors or failure to perform our obligations.
We investigate our errors, explain the outcome and correct them without an additional service fee where possible. A delay or irreversible error caused by us is not shifted to you through a blanket disclaimer. Applicable refunds and other legal remedies are assessed accordingly.
Refunds are made within the period required by law and through the original payment method where possible. We explain the refund amount, any deduction applicable under these terms and the payment provider’s processing timing in writing. No deduction is made from the full DV package refund described above. Amounts paid separately to a government or another third party are subject to that party’s rules and are separate from the package service fee. These provisions do not remove applicable refunds or other remedies for our failure to perform our obligations. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and other consumer rights take priority over this policy.
9. Separate costs and professionals
The displayed package and consultation prices are AZUSVISA service fees. The government DV entry fee and other government fees, medical examinations, translation and certification, attorney, travel and other third-party costs are excluded. Government fees are set by the relevant authority. If a separate cost is to be paid on your behalf, its amount and purpose are itemized before you authorize payment.
A third-party professional’s service requires a separate engagement. We provide no investment, securities, tax or financial advice and promise no investment return. Any referral compensation or commercial relationship is disclosed beforehand; you remain free to choose another provider.
10. Responsibility and complaints
We remain accountable for our own service obligations. The absence of a government-outcome guarantee is not a waiver of responsibility for our negligence or failure to perform the agreed service. Loss and remedies are assessed under causation, reasonable mitigation and applicable law. Fraud, willful misconduct and liability that cannot legally be excluded are not limited.
Send complaints to visa@azusvisa.com. Contacting us does not remove your right to an honest public review, a lawful payment dispute or chargeback, a complaint to a competent authority or court remedies. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign-court requirement.
11. Privacy, versions and your rights
The privacy notice explains data processing. Necessary service messages are separate from marketing, and marketing consent is not required to buy a service. Submit information through the designated channel and retain copies of your order, payment, application confirmation and accepted terms.
The version accepted when ordering applies to that order. Later website changes do not retroactively remove agreed services or rights; material order changes require separate agreement. The Azerbaijani and English texts convey the same terms. Translation inconsistencies are not used to reduce mandatory consumer protection. Applicable mandatory rights prevail over conflicting provisions.
